My Mum has a live in carer who is absolutely amazing, she looks after Mum for all her needs, she sends me photos of mum of how well she's doing. And keeps me in touch with everything that mum is doing. She even looks after me when I go and visit mum. She has become a dear friend not just mum's carer. I haven't seen Mum looking so well in a long time. She has supported mum through her grieving of losing her husband just a few months ago. I live away from mum, and I don't have to worry about her because I know she's being so well looked after. And the director keeps in touch with me, so I feel connected with the company Thank you Skyline

We have been delighted with the wonderful care one staff member in particular has given to my Mum these past four months. Mum has gone from surviving to thriving. It's wonderful Mum has been able to return to her flat and enjoy going out again every day on Paignton seafront, talking and interacting with residents and the local community. This staff member has been very attentive to Mum's specific needs and what makes her happy and keeps her calm. This staff member has a warm, friendly personality, she is always smiling and has unbelievable patience. We have become very fond of her and she feels part of our family. A Big Thank You Skyline.

My aunt went into hospital in November 24 and then a nursing home in December until July 25. We found Skyline Healthcare on the internet and arranged to meet the manager to discuss their services. We were instantly impressed with their values and working ethic. My aunt has a live in carer who is very professional and works to a high standard and my aunt's care is totally person centred. They also do weekly visits from a manager to ensure that everything is working well and will do the service users shopping. As a family we are very impressed with the care she is receiving and most importantly she is very happy and able to stay in her own home that looks out onto the sea! I cant say enough about the care and back up from skyline would highly recommend

Skyline and the current carer we have caring for our dad has been instrumental in giving our dad the best care possible. We genuinely don't know how we or our dad would have got through the last year without the team's excellent care and attention. Dad has complicated care needs and skyline understand him perfectly. They give us, the family, reassurance dad is cared for in a way he needs and deserves. The continuity of care is imperative for his mental health too. We have seen carer companies come and go and all of this had a negative impact on dad's well being. Dad's care needs have increased and a lot of what dad needs depends on a relationship of trust, which he has with his current carer. The continuity of that relationship is what he really needs. The management have really been there to support the family, they have great relationships with the other health care providers. When dad is non verbal, our carer understands and always makes sure dad is well looked after.

We have been really impressed with the care our family member is receiving, she is happy safe and comfortable around the team and gets on well with the staff attending to her. A heartfelt thank you to Skyline Healthcare Solutions for the outstanding support provided to my father in law during his discharge from Hospital and return home. The team ensured a smooth and timely discharge, which made a real difference to our family. Since returning home with his live-in carer, he has been thriving. He is now getting out into the community every day and has even gained weight, which is wonderful to see. Having previously tried respite care in a residential home which he did not enjoy this personalised, one-to-one support has been a much better fit for him.
